Most Influential Books
Someone recently asked me to give them a list of the 20 most influential books of my Christian life. The list was bigger than 20, but it was a great exercise for me. What I am going to do is put the list out in sections. I hope you enjoy it and maybe even pick up a few of these for the new year.
I will begin with books about God. Out of all the books, these books about God have made the deepest impression on me and my thinking about God. I think the reason is summed by Tozer, “What comes to our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us.”

John Piper, Desiring God
John Piper, The Pleasures of God
A.W. Pink, The Sovereignty of God
John Owen, Communion with God
