The Gospel of Luke has been continually asking: Who is this Jesus? In this passage, Peter finally gives the right answer, though he doesn’t yet know how much that answer means.

  3. What are different ways that the people of God had longed for deliverance? 
  4. How did Christ fulfill the people of God’s hope for deliverance?
